Description: On the aforementioned date and time a Deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's office received a call for a vehicle traveling south on Fort Bridgman Road coming from Brattleboro VT all over the road crossing the yellow line multiple times. Shortly after the vehicle was observed crossing the yellow line numerous times a traffic stop was initiated.
Upon making contact with the operator, clues of impairment were observed. The Operator Kevin A. Stevens was arrested after an investigation. Stevens was placed under arrest then transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Stevens was later released on a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
