Description: On 04/21/26 at approximately 0920 hours, a Youthful Offender was stopped after the vehicle they were operating was observed to be traveling 102 mph in the legally posted 65 mph speed zone on I-91 in Westminster. The Youthful Operator was released from the scene with a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Family Division at a later date. They were also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
