Description: On 04/20/26 at approximately 0930 hours, Nathan E. Wheeler was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was observed to have been driving 100 mph in the legally posted 65 mph speed zone on I-91 in Dummerston. Nathan was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued VCVC #7126784 for the civil speeding violation.
