Description: On 02/02/26 at approximately 1400 hours, the Windham County Sheriff's Office stopped Xuantong Liu after the vehicle he was operating was observed to be traveling 80 mph in the legally posted 50 mph zone on Rockingham Rd in Rockingham. Xuantong was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
