Description: On 11/28/25 at approximately 0130 hours, a Detective with the Windham County Sheriff's Office assigned to a highway safety patrol, located a vehicle stopped alongside Interstate 91 near MM 2.4 in Guilford.

Upon making contact with the operator, clues of alcohol impairment were observed. The operator, Joseph B. Benedetto was arrested after an investigation. Benedetto was processed at the Windham County Sheriff's Office and issued a criminal citation to appear at a later date.
