Description: On 12/01/25 at approximately 1839 hours, Todd J Devine was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was observed to be driving 84 mph in the posted 50 mph speed zone on Rockingham Rd in Rockingham. Todd was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
